A personal journey that became a mission.

LifeGenex wasn't born in a lab. It was born from loss, curiosity, and a single DNA test that changed everything.

When Prevention Becomes Personal

After losing both my mother and my sister to cancer, I stopped thinking about health in the abstract.

I started asking harder questions: What role does nutrition play? What about everyday choices? What about the things we do — or don't do — before problems begin?

As a father, those questions became urgent. Not academic. Not theoretical. Urgent.

I realized I didn't just want to react to health crises. I wanted to prevent them. And that meant understanding what my body actually needed.

The DNA Swap Test That Started It All

A few years ago, I took a comprehensive DNA and nutrient analysis test. The results were eye-opening — but one finding stuck with me:

I was severely deficient in magnesium.

I thought I ate well. I exercised. I slept. But the test showed something I couldn't see: my body was missing a critical mineral, and I had no idea.

So I started reading. Deep research. Peer-reviewed studies. The consequences of chronic magnesium deficiency are staggering:

What I Learned About Magnesium Deficiency:
